11.07.20 | it’s hell week next week because there are exams everyday and activities like SGDs and video charade!! but i cleaned today and my beau brewed coffee so this overwhelming feeling is now stabilized 😉 as i always say, nothing a coffee cannot fix!
some tips when feeling overwhelmed:
1. make an outline of the schedule/activities next week
2. categorize them based on their priorities. for example: a is the top priority. n is not, so i will put it last on my to-do list.
3. set some boundaries! by tonight, i should have finished this so i can focus on x after, and by tomorrow, y and z so i can squeeze n’s anki flashcards.
